You know that idea you had about inflating a blow-up doll, placing a Gandalf mask on it and setting it in your passenger seat, in order to get away with using the carpool lane?

Well, this dude went for it and would have gotten away with it if he’d buckled his dummy in.  Always buckle your dummy in.
